What this website collects and why
This notice applies to growthstacktechnologies.com. It describes the current website and its public inquiry and mini-assessment flows. A client engagement may require separate terms or data-handling provisions in a written agreement.

Information the site handles
Contact inquiries. If you use the contact form, the site receives your name, email address, message, and any optional company, role, engagement interest, organization stage or type, and timeline information you provide.
Mini-assessment. Your answers are held in the open browser page while you complete the check. At completion, five derived dimension scores are sent to this site's server to produce rule-based guidance. The application does not send those scores to an external AI model. The scores are not tied to your name or email unless you choose to share the results with Growth Stack Technologies.
Shared assessment results. If you choose Share Results, the submission includes your name, email address, dimension scores, overall score and band, and the displayed directional guidance. It is sent to Growth Stack Technologies for possible follow-up; the flow does not email a copy to you.
Request and security data. Hosting and security systems process normal request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested page, timestamps, and error information. The application also uses IP addresses in short, in-memory counters to limit repeated API requests. It does not write those counters to an application database.
How the information is used
- To generate the mini-assessment's rule-based, directional result.
- To review, route, and respond to an inquiry when there appears to be a fit.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the website.
- To maintain business records and meet legal obligations where applicable.
Service providers
The current application uses the following providers to operate these flows:
- Vercel for website hosting and request processing.
- Resend for transmitting contact and shared-assessment messages to our business mailbox.
- The configured business mailbox provider stores the delivered message under that account's settings.
The current site code does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers and does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. It does not connect form submissions to a CRM, newsletter, or external model provider.
Retention and choices
Assessment answers remain in page state while the assessment is open and are reset when you retake it or leave the page. The application does not intentionally log form bodies or store assessment or contact submissions in its own database. Hosting and email providers may retain request logs, delivery records, or delivered messages under their settings and legal obligations.
Inquiry emails are retained while reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to records we must retain. Send the request from the relevant email address so we can reasonably verify it.
The forms are optional. You may instead choose not to submit information. Please do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, medical, financial-account, or other sensitive data.
Other details
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States. No internet service can promise absolute security; the application uses bounded access, origin checks, input validation, rate limiting, and response headers as practical safeguards.
